Change of Heart ( for AU only) 

It is absolutely important for me that my artwork is matched with the right collector. I want you to be happy with your purchase. So with that in mind, I will allow an artwork which were delivered within Australia to be returned within 7 days of receipt.If you return the artwork within 7 days with packing and shipping at your cost, I will gladly provide you with online Tinie Gold store credit providing that the returned artwork is undamaged and unaltered which means in a brand new condition. 

Collectors, please read what you need to do if you wish to return an artwork: 

• Contact me within 7-days of receiving the artwork.
• If you need help on how to pack the artwork, please ask.(It is recommended that you try and keep the original packaging in great to excellent condition so you could re-use the original packaging).
• Damaged artwork due to insufficient packaging will not be honoured
• Once I have received your returned artwork, I will notify you if your returned artwork is approved or rejected for store credit.
  
• Please allow 7 working days for the store credit to be processed into your customer account.
• Please note that you will need to create a Customer Account for the store credit to be processed into.

International Orders and Artwork Purchased on Sale 

All International orders and artwork purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned due to change of heart. 

Damage
